Within only a few days, the earthquake and aftershocks devastated already fragile communities. Entire neighborhoods were flattened; critical infrastructure was damaged; clinics lost power and supplies. The result is a cascade of urgent needs:
In this context, Afghanistan humanitarian crisis relief is the difference between fear and a fighting chance. Swift, coordinated support keeps malnutrition, dehydration, and illness from turning a disaster into a deeper tragedy.

The scale and speed of the devastation demand an organized, immediate response. Droplets of Mercy USA has launched an Afghanistan urgent appeal to reach the most affected families without delay. Our teams and trusted local partners are already moving essential aid to priority districts—focusing on survival first, then stabilizing families so they can begin to recover with dignity.
What makes this moment so challenging?
Your response to the Afghanistan urgent appeal ensures that none of these obstacles delay help.
Droplets of Mercy USA’s Afghanistan emergency programs are designed to save lives now and support recovery next:
As our beloved Prophet ﷺ taught: “The believer’s shade on the Day of Resurrection will be their charity.” If giving sadaqah shields us in the Hereafter, imagine the shelter it provides today—warmth against the cold night, cleanliness against disease, and a meal that quiets a child’s hunger.
Your generosity fuels Afghanistan humanitarian crisis relief in the most direct way possible: essential supplies, delivered with dignity, exactly when families need them.
Your support brings hope when it’s needed most. By standing with Droplets of Mercy USA, you help transform loss into the first steps of recovery—not only in Afghanistan, but anywhere lives are upended by disaster. Today’s gift ensures a mother can feed her children, a father can cover them with warm blankets, and a family can drink water that won’t make them sick. Together, we can make a lasting impact—one urgent delivery, one safe shelter, one restored community at a time.
When you answer this Afghanistan urgent appeal, you’re joining a movement of compassion that keeps Afghanistan emergency programs running in the hardest conditions and that sustains Afghanistan humanitarian crisis relief long enough for families to rebuild.
Each $100 package supports a family of up to six with flour, rice, oil, beans, tea, blankets, and hygiene essentials such as soap, shampoo, toothpaste, and toothbrushes.
Because stock is pre-positioned and partnerships are in place, aid is dispatched within days of donations being received. Families receive food and hygiene kits almost immediately.
Yes. You may direct your gift toward food, shelter, or healthcare. Unrestricted donations, however, allow us to meet the most urgent gaps.
In crowded shelters, disease spreads quickly. Hygiene kits help prevent cholera, diarrhea, and other waterborne illnesses that can be fatal in emergencies.
We combine immediate response with long-term recovery. Your donation not only meets urgent needs but also supports resilience-building for communities facing future disasters.
