Mobile Clinics - Pakistan

Every 50 minutes, a woman in Pakistan dies from pregnancy-related complications. Not because treatment doesn’t exist, but because it’s too far away to reach.

A Doctor Shouldn't Be Hours Away

A woman in rural Pakistan experiences severe pain during her pregnancy. She knows she needs medical attention, but the nearest healthcare facility is hours away. Transportation is expensive, travel can be difficult, and delaying care often feels like the only option

Unfortunately, her story is not unique.

Across Pakistan, millions of women and children face significant barriers to accessing healthcare. The consequences are devastating:

  • A woman dies from pregnancy-related complications approximately every 50 minutes in Pakistan
  • The maternal mortality rate remains at 186 deaths per 100,000 live births
  • Only 21% of the population has access to essential health services
  • Nearly 44% of women between the ages of 15 and 49 suffer from anemia due to poor nutrition and limited healthcare access
To help bridge this gap, Droplets of Mercy USA is delivering healthcare directly to underserved communities through Mobile Health Units.
These fully equipped clinics on wheels travel to remote villages on a fixed weekly schedule, bringing critical healthcare services to families who would otherwise go without care. Serving nine regions across Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan, and Sindh — including Chakwal, Wah, Kohat, Quetta, Turbat, Ormara, Karachi, Mithi, and Nagarparkar — these clinics reach approximately 550 villages every year.

Most importantly, all consultations, treatments, and medications are provided completely free of charge.

For mothers, this means safer pregnancies. For children, it means access to timely medical care. For entire communities, it means healthcare that is finally within reach.

Every donation helps bring doctors, diagnostics, medicine, and maternal healthcare directly to remote villages, ensuring that distance is never the reason a mother or child goes without care.
